Partner-In-Charge of Consulting for Coopers & Lybrand in Minneapolis.
Also past Partner- In-Charge of Information Technology and Operations
Consulting with McGladrey & Pullen. Mike was a Consulting Manager with
Arthur Andersen & Co. and Preempt Consulting. Mike has started up an
Electronics Manufacturing Co. which specialized in DC to AC Inverters
and Hi Intensity Lighting. He is an inactive CPA and holds a B.S.
Degree from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire, with majors in both
Accounting and Economics.
George Crolick
CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Elected Director December 1999. Marketing Director for TradeSource International
an International Business consulting group.
Former president of the Minnesota World Trade Center Corp, Assistant Commissioner
of Trade and Economic Development Executive Director of Minnesota Trade
Office. Marketing Manager at Honeywell
with extensive experience in business development.
Jack A. Ruff
Managing Director and responsible for business partnerships. Formerly
at Honeywell for 32 years in research and product development. Director
of Engineering at Homes and Buildings and MicroSwitch Division until early
retirement in 1994. Co-founder of a medical startup company, Visionics,
in 1994. Director, Treasure and member of the consulting staff with specialty
in management of technology and strategic planning.
John Lampland
Applications Manager specializing in group technology and communications.
He has managed contracts to develop training and distance learning for
clients and manages the subcontractors of the company's communications,
web site development and training operations. Formerly at Visionics, Honeywell,
and the University of Minnesota radio station. Background in publishing
and communication arts. Graduate of Macalester College.
Ryan Hayle
Chief Technical Officer, Webmaster, Systems Administrator.
Extensive experience with Free and Open Source software solutions.
Ryan lead development of the Mobile RUGs software for the Palm PC.

Past President of SavvyNet and a Director since 1996. Formerly a Director
of Research at Honeywell's Corporate Research Center. Graduate of the
University of Minnesota with extensive experience in computer base systems.
A member of Altec Solutions and project manager of the Yamatake Contracts.
Representative for Altec as a business advisor for SavvyNet.

James T. Jarvis
Engaged by the board as council in strategic partner relationship and
business development. President of Viticon International, Independent
Consultant, past Director of the Minnesota World Trade Center Corporation,
and Associate Director, Minnesota Trade Office. Served as Assistant Commissioner,
Minnesota Department of Public Service. Extensive experience in Communications
Regulations and policy making. Widener Law School, Hubert H. Humphrey
Institute, University of Wisconsin and Minnesota.
Kathy Stone
Independent communications consultant engaged to assist the company in
marketing advertising and publications. Kathy is president of Stone International
Communications providing media relations, international business writing
and event planning and management. She spent 12 years with the Minnesota
Trade Office where she planned and conducted hundreds of high profile
events. She researched and wrote speeches for three Minnesota governors,
wrote articles and editorials statistical reports, directories and direct
mail brochures. Her background is newspaper reporting, directing continuing
education for a college in Minnesota.
